That was a brilliant bit of radio, which I heard entirely by chance last night. Like TMK, I'd had no idea the proportion of black soldiers in the Free French army was that high. What a shameful business.

That tradition of never saying "Fuck off" to America even when it has a vile idea--it goes back a long way, by the look of it.
