No, but, see, Spoonerisms aren't about swapping letters, they're about swapping phonemes. An anagram is a completely different thing, not a mere extension of a Spoonerism. (I don't nuddy blow.)
A spoonerism is the swapping of initial sounds, which as far as I'm concerned can be either letters or phonemes. As to whether anagrams are or aren't a logical extension of that, I care not. I came up with Warty Pate, which made it all worthwhile.
