I learned of this for the first time last week. It seems astounding that they haven't caught the guy by now. You know, aside from the angle you've clearly alluded to.

Not to get all improbable-CSI, but don't you think someone could do an overlay of people who own orange Pintos with the geography of the neighbourhood and at least sort out a few decent leads?
