I'm doing a half marathon run for the Conquest Centre for Disabled Riders (based in Taunton, Somerset).

As of new years day I was 17st 6llbs and activity was a four letter word. I've been training hard and increasing distances in preparation for April 5th which is the big race. I'm nearly down to 16st now and running just over 6 miles in an hour, so it's going well. If anyone would like to sponsor me that would be fantastic, I appreciate you don't know me in most cases and apologies if it seems a bit random or pushy, but if you don't ask you don't get.
If you don't fancy sponsoring me for whatever reason that's fine, please feel free to poke fun at the fatty
