    Well, there are versions of that claim I'd quarrel with. I'm on about the use of "Darwinian" to describe laissez-faire capitalism.

      Well, that's a place it's peculiarly badly applied. But any system where there aren't multiple, slow and random changes which then get selected for best adaptation for survival isn't Darwinist.

      And I can't really think of any societal system that fits the criteria.
