Over the last couple of days it's suddenly gone all wonky - you have to scroll right down the page to see any of the central panel (where the main text is). I haven't knowingly done anything, so can anyone suggest what the problem might be?

Have you changed anything in the HTML?
It appears that the left menu and the main contents are rows in a table. Therefore, the main content will be below the left menu as it's the next row in the table.
Have you any experience in CSS style sheets and using
(divider) tags to seperate sections? -
