    People you may know - Facebook

    This seems to be a new feature on the right hand side of the screen.

    Now when I joined facebook it was because of OTF and I blithly sent out requests and signed up Friends from all in the OTF facebook group was it was.

    Maybe cos OTF is a bit of a community of sorts that we would be impacted by such a feature more than others

    However a few months on I'm a bit reluctent to send out such requests, and being pointed to them from Facebook Inc is a bit.... Some who I've met (and can remember) Ive requested. But...

    Anyroad, If anyone wants to sign me up then please feel free.

    Hmm...I might have added you, and I just don't know your real name.

    But I've noticed that feature, and I've seen names of people that I know are on OTF, but I don't actually know their OTF names, so I feel weird adding them.

      Which reminds me, is there a page here where you can see all member names like in the last place?

                  There was a page like everything on the old OTF. Christ, I miss having access to all that stuff. If I recall, we had 'what's your real name', 'what do you do for a living', 'what do you look like', 'what did you used to look like', 'what our kids look like' and at least three 'what's your name mean'. If you were bright, you could cobble together a fairly good picture of who your online friends are.

                  I really do hope they get the 'read only' archive sorted soonish. I haven't been able to read Lieutenant Dub's job interview story for weeks now.
