There are an inordinate number of US towns called Clinton.
So how about CLinton , Madison Washington and Jefferson

Given that no Southern state has a town called Lincoln

Yes, and who's this Main fellow that all the streets are named after?

Miss World is correct for 1.

Clinton is discounted for 2 because it's cities named "after" the President. The coincidence of towns named long before anyone had heard of Slick Willy are discounted.

So far, Washington, Lincoln and Madison are correct. There's one other. Jackson isn't right, he gets exactly 20 (it's more than 20).

As for question 3 ... it was 1967. I thought it was worth a guess.
