Flash ... aaaaaaaaaaaa! Question for OTF geeks

So can anyone recommend a good quicktime to flash conversion programme please?

I am using final cut pro to put an item together but need it to be online using flash as well as .mov and .wmv ...

    Any help gratefully received.

My tech guy says "Ah, fuck. No."

        But gave me this link.

He says you'll find something here.
