Based on a comment on another thread I've started to wonder.
The cats who live next door never make a sound to each other or the humans they live with. Yet you see them decide to move back inside for whatever reason whilst not making a noise or make any eye contact with each other. They don't even look in the others direction.
Its not just cats, there must be some sort of communictaion between animals which just isn't registered.
Birds seem to be very vocal in advertising themselves / calling for mates, but they only peep you would hear out of cats or dogs is when the are in need or threatened.
Any ideas?
