We're a fairly global and well travelled bunch. Got me to thinking is there somewhere everyone has been? There are bound to be one or two who've never been to the USA, but I reckon most US based posters have been to Europe. So I'm going to posit Trafalgar Square, the Arc de Triomphe and the Colosseum. Anyone on OTF not been to any of those, and are there any other places we (ie "everyone") might have visited?

I’ll do this the other way round. The big 3 global tourist destinations I’ve yet to get to are India’s Golden Triangle, Angkor Wat & the Grand Canyon (and the other US South West desert-y National Parks).
You wont catch me doing a Nou Camp stadium tour ever, though I’ve seen a few games there. Put that down to my Espanyol leanings.

I would be hugely surprised if there is anywhere in the world that all OTFers have visited. Seeing as this is an anglo-centric (Britain-centric? Is that a thing?) site then the likeliest location would be in Britain, and even then finding a single tourist attraction that everyone has been to is a hel of an ask. For example, although I am based in the middle of the country I have never visited such places as Stonehenge, Edinburgh Castle or Hampton Court.Last edited by Sean of the Shed; 27-09-2018, 11:54.

Of all the places mentioned on this thread so far, the only one I've been to is Trafalgar Square.
I've only actually left the UK on 6 occasions, France on 3 occasions - Boulogne in 1996, Calais in 1998, Poitiers (Futuroscope Theme Park) in 2001. I've been to Salou in Spain in 2005, The Algarve in Portugal 2006 and Palmanova in Mallorca in 2007. I've not flown since due to my then girlfriend having a panic attack on the flight on the way home from Mallorca. My passport expired in 2011 and I've never seen a need to get it renewed.
I could probably count on both hands the number of times (aside from the above) that I've actually left England, all but one of those times would be to Wales, and I suspect that's mainly due to my proximity to the place than anything else.
I am not very well travelled I'm afraid.

I've not been to any on slackster's list either. Although I am planning to go to the golden triangle in 2020.
On a nominally football related board, yeah, the Camp Nou should be as close as we should get. Or maybe Wembley? I've been to both. The Maracana, of course, but I guess less than 10% of us have been there.
