What's a good commercial program for optimising web images, which wouldn't be too difficult for my less techie colleagues to use?
I currently use Adobe ImageReady, which came bundled with my copy of Photoshop 8.0. I think Adobe have discontinued it and want everyone to use Fireworks.
The program would basically need to the usual web stuff, such as:
* Convert file formats
* Downsample images to predefined file sizes
* Make transparent GIFs
* Crop images to predefined measurements and resolutions
