I need to organise meetings for a diverse group of 12 people who have to travel a long way and some days they can do and other days they can't etc. Is there a free online tool which can ask people to say which slits they can do and then let you know what the best time is for maximum attendence, then the next and so on?
I'm getting heartily naffed off with the 'lets all get our diaries out and work out when we're all free, because try as I might, I haven't managed to get the penny to drop that the mythical day we're all free isn't likely to happen, and so it's a case of day and time when most of us can be there...
Surely there's some fancy website which you can get people to set their parameters and it does the calculating for you?
