I meant it more in light of Amor's comments that we can't unknow what we now know, so it's hard to judge the original ad as we should in light of the faux ad that appears to be the real source of the outrage. My intent was to say 'if you could unknow all that you know about the controversy...would you still feel outrage at the original ad'. I genuinely have trouble seeing how people would, but I completely take you at your word that you do.
