    Extra-territoriality.

(This time, it's Alex Salmond and his idiot sidekicks.)

The SNP-led Scottish Parliament wants to ban the sale of alcohol to under-21s.

Without debating the barminess of the idea you can vote, get marired, join the army, go off to war; you can't, for example celebrate with along with your mates your coming home, or popping out to bring a beer or two round to celebrate your engagement, or the birth of your kids with a bottle of vino.

No, they also want "co-operation" from the English authorities, most notably in Carlisle, to stop booze supermarkets being errected south of the border to entice Scots youth into a lifetime of debauchery and alcoholism.

What's the impetus for wanting the change? Problem 'youth drinking' or what?

      Extra-territoriality.

Sounds as if he wants to bring "US culture" to Scotland.

May be connected to his toadying for Trump's monster golf course.
