I've only seen this on Channel Four News for the past few days. Over a period of years be begged Avon and Somerset Police to protect him, on at least 73 occasions, yet he was murdered and his body set alight because the police not only did nothing they actually victimised him.

And it was the council got the cops on the poor man's case. It's like there's some kind of indefinable systemic rot from the central to local govt power structures. Let alone our Brave Dancing Boys in Blue.

I was reading about this earlier and found it profoundly depressing. What a country. What a world. What a fucking shame.

I'm guessing that some of the peoples of Bristol and beyond are fully aware of the racial biases of Avon and Somerset Police.
