Should I be worried?
The decking on the balconies in our apartment block are apparently not fire resistant or don't meet fire regulations, nobody is quite sure. What we know is that some mortgages have been turned down and flat sales have collapsed because the bank have refused to underwrite the mortgage.
Our management company has apartment replaced three of the balconies but not the others and isn't communicating with residents.

I'll look it up online. Celotex is industruy standard for solid insulation for new and retrofitting into older properties.
I live in a Victorian house so clad the walls from the inside as these properties lose alot of heat (High ceilings, big windows and single skin brickwork). I have alot of other fire safety measures so it will be ok if there is a fire (as in smoke alarms, fire doors will give me time to make my escape).
The building regulations officer was round my house at various stages of the build to make sure I used the correct materials etc.

Apparently the insulation used in the tower burnt so ferociously in tests, that it almost burned down the laboratory.

The treated wood is to resist mould and rot rather than fire and I am not sure what the fire rating of the composite decking is (some kind of hard plastic).

We’ll split the inquiry into two, lads. First bit attacks the fire service and the people who went to save lives, just in case anyone brings it up during the election.
and we’ll give you all plenty of time to cash out before anyone knows how you killed over 70’people

Kingspan were the gold standard for insurance risks where composite panels were used (food / refrigeration risks, for example). A reputation built on fraud.
Every single one of these cunts should be locked up. No exceptions.Last edited by Toby Gymshorts; 01-12-2020, 01:51.

Fuck them. Fuck all of them.
Prison, long sentences. No exceptions. No time off for good behaviour. Lock these cunts up and let them rot.Last edited by Toby Gymshorts; 08-12-2020, 21:23.

I've already posted this on the Tory corruption thread because I couldn't find this one.
