The ultra Nat Wings over Transphobia arseholes are lamenting the NI only backstop idea as showing Scotland have bottled it (I guess the pricks are dreaming of UDI). But if the precedent of NI being in a CU/partial SM exists, all the better for Indy Scotland surely.Last edited by Lang Spoon; 09-09-2019, 21:12.

The stepdaughter and grand-kids were at the highland games on Saturday. So was HRM and sundry other celebs including BJ. There was, apparently, much whispering behind hands and raised eyebrows. My nine-year-old grand-daughter, realising it must be someone well-known but not knowing exactly who, asked in a fairly loud voice. "Who is that man? Is he James Bond?" Much tittering from those who overheard, and voice from a few yards away replied "Oh he wishes he was sweetheart, he really wishes he was."

It can be logistically difficult to get all of the copies of electronic communications, as a host of white collar criminals current in prison can attest.
There is obviously a leak somewhere because Grieve and others are onto something specific and are trying to get it released this way and not put the leaker(s) in the frame. If that fails, then the information is odds on to get out somehow.
Green's line is that the absence of a witness statement by the government in the recent court cases is curious at best, and damning at worst, and his guess is that a statement was prepared and the relevant official refused to put their name to it because it wasn't wholly accurate.
