They never do on SNP amendments.

        39 votes for SNP-Plaid.

39-327 defeat, which equates to SNP plus Plaid.

So all this to placate 40 odd Tory uber cunts and the hairy knuckled Dupper bigots. If her amended no backstop bollocks passes youse are all going to hell.

Even I'd nearly support a Border poll if that goes through. Reeves also defeated, 322-290.

That's what they voted for in Stoke.

                          Will of the people.

                          I reckon Spelman-Dromey has a chance.

Interestingly, this amendment was lower profile than Cooper's and explicitly rules out no deal. Maybe Cooper's 9 months scared a few off.

They're just calling it Spellman here.

Dromey and Spelman presented themselves as a double act who each had car factories in their constituencies.

                                    Spelman-Dromey wins 318-310,

                                    A pleasant surprise.

Spellman passes 318-310, but not binding.

The Government was defeated by a three-line whipped Labour accompanied by Tory rebels just over a week ago. It's happened multiple times since the election, excluding unopposed Opposition Day debates. But I understand where you're coming from.

The Spellman-Dromey amendment isn’t binding though, the spineless Soubrys of this world still have to actually vote against this government to prevent no deal.
