The only natural partners the posh Brexiteers have are the Germans. As long as they can get rid of all those democrats.

Yet more extraordinary stuff, they are now arguing about verified data and how their made up figures does not stand up to scrutiny. 2+2=5
I feel genuine intellectual contempt for people who go along and support Johnson on this, particularly those who do so in good faith.

They'll probably put somebody from Legatum in.

IDS, showing the brilliant long term thinking for which he's well known, doubles down on the "split loyalties" meme. Hoping that whatever else Brexit does, it doesn't stop the "citizens of nowhere" moving to his constituency from even more expensive Central London. That'll be him beaten.

Hilarious Boris has one man in his corner. This bloke is a "Lexiter" fan of Brendan O'Neill, who strangely has a position with the FBU despite constant talk of mass immigration reducing wages.

Sir David Norgrove, if he is to avoid accusations of political bias, must now intervene every time he thinks a politician is spinning stats.

Me again.
Cameron has reappeared, sort of. He and Samantha are very upset about Brexit, according to their friend, Kirsty Alsop.
We don't feel great about it, Dave. But interesting, in its own way. Last time he was still fronting it up with "right to give the country a choice", IIRC.

He's got bored now, hasn't he? Pretty much daring her to sack him, then he can bugger off to the backbenches to do fuck all on behalf of his constituents.
It's not as if we've got any Overseas Territories in dire need of some help right now, is it?

The same long past it "Eurosceptics" keep appearing. More than a few current Tories are keeping their heads down, even Brexiters.

The problem with renegotiating loads of deals at once is the other sides might think: "Brilliant, yeah, let's roll that old deal over! Free trade! But there's just this one thing..."
Eagled-eyed Faisal Islam noticed that Japan got Theresa May to agree she'll lobby the EU to get the import ban on Japanese food and feed lifted. That was put in the agreement, even though May could do without that. God knows what's been promised off the record for our trade agreement.

Does May prefer Johnson to be pissing out of the tent than pissing in? Although he seems to be just randomly spraying it at present.
I sincerely doubt that Johnson actually gives a fuck about Brexit. It's just opportunism to hoover up the right-wing vote that came back to the Tories from UKIP and the BNP.

He might need to be careful about that. His majority halved in 2017. Could be a few "citizens of nowhere traitors" moving to his constituency because Shepherd's Bush, Harrow, Chiswick etc are too expensive. Just over 5% swing will have him gone. More Greens and Lib Dems for Labour to squeeze than Kippers for him to squeeze.
