As is the case with any such document, reality can prove to be better or worse, though the Government certainly doesn't seem to be doing much to address the issues raised. Perhaps unsurprisingly, given the way he led the Leave campaign, Cummings appears to see this exclusively as a messaging battle and doesn't give a monkey's about substance.Comment

Johnson will say negotiations are still ongoing so it's too early to have votes on new deals (or a return of May's deal). It's still too early for a VoNC because we want an A50 extension to be agreed by the EU and written into law before that happens.
