Does anyone know the source of "The People" image? Is it an original illustration or was it pulled from somewhere way back in the day?

That image, although with a different writing (FC Kosovo) on the top, was used by some anarchist collective in Gva to advertise a game of football in the streets of the city, back in the early 90's. I have a small doubt it was that exact image but if not, it was very, very similar. -

On the original cover, 'The People' seem to be doing one in the aftermath of the Peterloo massacre, rather than enjoying a game of rugger.
