    Is Time always this bad?

Leafing through it in drugstore t means. yesterday.

Can't do links from here. It was all red, with some figure for debt per head. Debt as a percentage of GDP was barely mentioned. The solution was for everyone to "touch" their full salary before the deductions came out, whatever that means. And a flat tax.

I didn't realise that it was still going. Newsweek too, apparently.

The (international) Weekly Telegraph gave up the ghost a few months ago. (Like Playboy for the articles, I used to read it for the sport. And Bill Deedes).

International Express is still screaming at me in the local dairy, with the same headlines every week.

I quite enjoy leafing through Time with my flat white. There's usually at least one longish article worth reading, say on science/society. It's barely a news magazine these days.

        It felt very thin.
