Reports coming in of two separate(?) incidents in Paris tonight

A gunman is reported to have opened fire on the terrace of a cafe in the 9th Arrondissement (a Le Monde employee reportedly saw this happen live)

There are also reports of explosions in the vicinity of the Stade de France, where France are playing a friendly against Germany.

L'Equipe now reporting that the crowd is not being allowed to exit the Stade de France. President Hollande was evidently evacuated from the stadium earlier during the match.

There are also Twitter reports of the shooting having been in the 10th or 11th.

I don't know what it's like there, but I know that at big sporting events I've been to, cellular phone reception is very difficult. I assume the stadium has been closed and people are being kept inside.
