Can someone please explain in words that a technophobe can easily understand and perform, how and what you need to be able to download photos from your phone (Samsung Galaxy S3 in my case) onto this Message Board? If its long and complex then please pm me.

It's a simple process. The important middle bit is using an online hosting service of some kind, which will generate a link. (This board doesn't actually host photos, but links to them.)

So, however you normally 'move' your photos (to a laptop, desktop, etc) from your camera/phone, you need to get them somewhere like tinypic.com. Upload them to tinypic and they'll generate a board code. When you reply to a post, you'll see a button for Image Link.

Just input the board code, preview and viola.

I need to investigate a Dropbox. Are they easy? I don't trust Tinypic, plus we have photos on four Apple devices, and of course it's not straightforward to get all of them onto the Mac without synching, which we don't want to.

Yes Dropbox is great for that, and yes it's very easy. Just sits on the menu bar on each of your computers. There's a public folder within it where you put photos you want to link. Right click on an image, you get a 'copy public link' option. Select that and paste it into the image link box here.

Sorry, not trying to be gross with this one, but I can't figure out why a dead mouse in a parking lot would attract a wasp. Anyone have an answer for that? I know nothing about wasps, but did find the situation to be curious.

It's a 1955 Johnson Seahorse, 5 1/2 horsepower. The scale has to do with the boat only being 4 by 8 feet.

Looks better with a person in it.
