May I ask a question of the good and the great of the fourth estate in these hallowed halls?

Does anyone who is paid as a correspondent to submit copy to a self-declared news source qualify as a journalist?

Because I understand he was on a retainer of CAN$ 60,000 per annum by Rebel Media?

His t-shirt was as utterly moronic as you'd probably expect.

    And apologies.

It should of (sic) been "arrive with whom did he?"

None of this ending sentences with prepositions here.

Well, they've attacked a BBC film crew so it'll be getting a bit more publicity very soon.

    Thanks for that GY.

The decision seemed to lay the groundwork for them to throw the book at him only to deliver a slap on the wrist.
10 weeks in a low or medium security prison where he is kept away from Asians and Muslims will fly by. And he will come our a freaking hero as he has done time for his beliefs. He will be a far right version of MLK in the UK just in time for Brexit too.

That seems rather generous in a number of respects.

Does "deliberate" have a different meaning in English criminal law? Perhaps something similar to our use of "willfull", which can require specific knowledge that one is breaking the law in question.

Looks like I was wrong when I said he will only do an extra month inside.
He will be out in just over two months.

A token sentence for a convicted bigot who nearly messed up once of the biggest Rape/Peado cases in the last 30 odd years.

America no longer grants visas to people with criminal convictions. Least of all people with convictions for fraudulently travelling to the US on a friend's passport for exactly that reason.

Steven Yaxley lennon could legally change his name to Tommy Robinson with no real problem, but hasn't because it's just a nickname.
Self appointed only to give the clown 'street cred', not unlike his supposed status as a 'journalist'.
