I disagree with her that it's happening "under the radar." The people who care about it - which is a lot of people - are well aware of it. Then again, I get texts from the ACLU almost daily so I'm a bit more aware of it than most, perhaps.
It's likely to get better before it gets worse, but my impression is that if it really goes badly with the supreme court, we may see states like Massachusetts and New York move further in the choice direction, which would help a bit.
I think it's going to be bad in Pennsylvania for a while but eventually get better and we're surrounded on three sides by more supportive states, which is helpful, perhaps.
