Sarwar prob had the best campaign of all the leaders, and that horrible DRoss cunt will still keep second place, that's about the only prediction I could safely make (though I'd imagine the Nats will also fall short of a majority through tactical voting in a few marginal constituencies).

Yes, it does look like the anti-independence/anti-SNP vote is coalescing around the best placed unionist challenger. Swings to Labour from SNP in Clydebank and Milngavie and from SNP to Tory in Aberdeen Donside.
