Not sure about "guilt". A recognition that the economics of the model are such that delivery riders' utterly foul and disgusting pay is a fundamental part of the setup. Tipping culture is vile. People need to pay their bills. I want the food. I can't pretend capitalism doesn't exist and nor can I opt out of it.
