    Uncontextualised stat attack

Territories with more sheep than people,:

    #2
I've often argued here that Britain should probably hand over the Falklands. I mean, they're basically 2 villages 20,000km away, one of which exists solely to guard the other.

And that's before we consider how many sheep each human can look after- given that many of the latter will be busy with other jobs?

I like the broad locational spread in that table.

Suspiciously precise figure for South Sudan, for example.

Britain's claim to the Falklands also grants it the right to conduct important research about penguins in Antarctica. Like how the penguins will react to Antarctica being covered in oil rigs, when the technology allows.

See also Bouvet Island, which is claimed by Norway.

My 6th form college in the south of England somehow ended up being the college of choice for students from the Falklands who wanted to do A levels. They even built special accomodation halls that were called the Falklands Lodge.

There are more than 10 million sheep in Wales, so they'd be just behind New Zealand on the OP table at about 3.5:1.

No doubt Argentina has its own penguin experts who would be delighted to take part in international research projects.

They do have their own Antarctic research stations, at any rate, so presumably also penguin experts.

They don't need to go to Antarctica

So if I'm reading that right all letters are delivered promptly in Switzerland. Even those ones with a name the vaguest of an address that sometimes make the amusing section at the end of the news.

If I knew someone over there I'd be putting that to the test.

No doubt rounding up percentages is involved.

It's a fourth component starting with R. And it sounds good.

What does "relevance" mean, as well?

On the UPU website, resilience linked to disaster management, so presumably the capacity of a network to deliver in all climates and circumstances. Presumably relevance relates to adaptability to the new digital era, such as parcel deliveries, etc.
