From my perspective, however, threads like this are a great resource, even if I don't post or respond much, you're not howling into the void. I'd suspect that's the case for a few others too.
i guess this belongs here since the failed app was ultimately developed by a couple of vote Leave mates of Cummings

The director of the Equality and Human Rights Commission is a Tory donor who didn't declare this.
This is huge but won't be picked up by the mainstream media.

Chris J speaks for me Nef.
I feel utterly demoralised about the causal acceptance of the bunch of shithouses in government (and now Starmer's dog whistling).
Demoralised about how willing people are to accept the narrative.
Demoralised about how willing people are to swallow the rank hypocrisy of the MSM.
The whole RLB story and the debate about is anti-Semitic and what isn't.

The quid pro quo here is as yet unclear, though Cummings is deeply involved

Doubt this is the right thread, but after a long career spent lobbying on behalf of the water industry, Angela "funny tinge" Smith ex-MP is newly appointed to the board of Portsmouth Water.
Meanwhile, Jo Swinson has been appointment a visiting professor at a management school. Jo Swinson, teaching management. Truly, these fuckers fail upwards.

Not corruption per se, although I can guess the type of person that will be the lucky recipient of public money I see Supreme Intelligence Cummings has decided to piss away, spaffing ?100m on research into sucking CO2 out of the air as a way to combat climate change.
He's a fucking lunatic, and he has our country in his hands. We'll, one hand, the other has a big knife in it.
Edit: Does anyone know why the pound sign turns into a question mark when I post?

Earlier today I read a couple of interesting Twitter threads produced by someone called Gunther Bett that make quite a few links between Tufton St and those in power at the moment. Sadly I can't find the precise tweet that contained links to two or three of the threads.

the difference Is that the music industry expands the economy. Wetherspoons helps piss it away.
