The answer is of course because they don't want to, and don't care about setting an example for others. But to make it even more absurd, the ones who are wearing masks (there are some) are contravening Parliamentary rules if they wear them while casting their vote.

Meanwhile can't link but there was a tweet from an MP saying that in the queue winding round the grounds, security were telling MPs to "bunch up".

Don't forget that the UK is still not recommending general use of masks; presumably we weren't prepared at the initial outbreak and now, I assume, the guidance that social distancing is more effective than face masks* is to avoid losing face**.
