I'm now 5.2kg down on the year. Still feel like I have a fair way to go.

I didn't make it to slimming world this week due to half term, but according to my home scales I've put on 0.2kg or roughly half a pound this week. I can live with that (I don't get a chance to do as much batch cooking when the kids are at home and I've burned through my reserves in the fridge and freezer).

Went shopping today and bought a shirt. So far, so mundane thread. But this act involved going into a changing room and seeing myself topless in a full length mirror, the first time I have done that for a long time. Bloody hell. And this after I have lost 5kgs.
Got to keep going.

Mixed bag week, with two junk food addict staying with us, I have been tempted by the odd nugget. That said, woke up starving hungry each morning and my calories count has been maintained...
Weigh in tomorrow morning, I'll be happy with 80.9...

I now have a 32" waist, for the first time in, well … quite some time. I also now have a small pile of 34 x 34 jeans I probably can't wear anymore.

That's very good. Better diet, more exercise or both?
I'm assuming that liposuction wasn't involved at any stage.
I was 13-1 this morning, which is a 2020 low and around 1/2 st down since the start of the year. Comfortably down to the third hole on my belt buckle too, which is probably the best metric of the lot.

I had put on loads of weight again (half term, eating crap with the kids, plus my husband rediscovered the joys of the bread making machine), but then I managed to lose 2.1kg overnight due to terrible gastric distress (details unnecessary).

I spent a week in the USA on a conference trip, which was murder on my waistline. The two weeks since, the weather has been terrible, which ruled out making more kilometers on foot. March better be better.
