Tasers will kill people alright, most likely people with pre-existing medical conditions. Some of the cops in London already have guns, it's horrible.

But there is still a difference between using something you know to be lethal weaponry, and something that could cause a fatality.

It's not designed to be lethal, but anyone with half a brain would know it's a possible consequence of using these things.

So they shouldn't be deployed.
