Obviously unconnected but this, the Ben Stokes and Gareth Thomas cases are adding up to a dismal week for our media.

James O'Brien really is an arrogant sanctimonious prick isn't he?

                        Sure is.

Seen your point about Kuennsberg on Twitter E10 (I'm RegencyLabour), which I sort of get - however, there is no tribunal to rule on her sacking, or otherwise. People who are calling for it know it can't be done, I think.

She needs unconscious bias training, and social media responsibility training, as do many others.

To UA, I'm the current placeholder (for the last couple of years), it was set up before me. Tbh never even looked at it properly before, may change it (ta for follow).

To E10, I'm all for that. All BBC employees should read Tom Mills' book on the BBC - I keep suggesting it to them, and no one responds.

People vent their anger - 'she should be sacked' - because there's literally no other possible sanction, or influence, available.

Of course he hasn't read it. "Continental" Intellectualism is regarded with suspicion if not contempt by the centrists.

                                        Another Party leader speaking.

For some reason this doesn't count as politics and is not worthy of coverage by the BBC chief Politics Correspondent.

Nor does the Climate Emergency strikes which involved hundreds of thousands of people in this country and tens of millions around the world.

The well known Tom Watson mandate. Particularly influential with the Key electoral category of sons of fascist leaders who like wearing Nazi uniforms.
