They appear to have decided that it isn't worth the relatively small risk, given the threats of libel actions they (and everyone else) have no doubt received. I would expect that they think that they would ultimately win, but might not get costs, and would prefer not to be out of pocket for their defence.
The libel laws in England and Wales (and the legal infrastructure that has grown up around them) really have a material chilling effect on the news you receive compared to the rest of the world.

She's named on the C4 News website in relation to the release of the court documents. That's why the "British woman" thing on tonight's broadcast programme seemed odd. Not identifying her is potentially confusing given that anyone following the story knows who it is. If not a product of extreme caution as ursus suggested, it is sloppy scripting.
