More money spaffed up the wall by that unaccountable prick.

It's all gone quiet about him being as corrupt as fuck. He's a mixture of Trump and Berlusconi.

The Arcari case has been overshadowed by other news, hoping that will be investigated.

You'd like to think so. A PM that clearly cannot keep his dick in his pants is very vulnerable to blackmail and as we've seen from Johnson exchanging sex for favours.

Hang on, who's doing who the favour? Have a weird mental picture of him as a rent boy.

Well, he's managed to reshuffle his Cabinet to the point where his Chancellor just resigned.

Replaced by Rishi Sunak. Don't see the point of sacking Julian Smith, arguably the first Northern Secretary since Mo Mowlam who was genuinely popular.

There's no room for ability and actually getting things done in a Boris Johnson cabinet

The new Chancellor of the Exchequer was born in May 1980.

Mowlam wasn't that popular, particularly with Unionists. They and Nationalists only tend to agree about a Grand Vizier when it's someone as spectacularly useless as Bradley.

Even if anyone now cared what Unionists think, given Smith's sniping at Johnson last year this is hardly a surprise

In so far as reopening Stormont counts as getting something done, the credit is mainly to Johnson personally

The RTE news report on this more or less said that apart from mo mowlam, he was one of the few Northern Ireland secretaries who managed to not make things worse. The things that made him a vaguely useful northern Irish secretary are the things that got him fired (Remain, likely to point out the problems that brexit is causing Northern Ireland. and not on board with giving an amnesty to murderers just because they were employed by the state)

The new Chancellor of the Exchequer doesn't even have an economics degree and is younger than my Natwest Savings Piggy Bank.
