Julian Marszalek - there's a funny thing. I lived with him in Walthamstow for about a year in the early 1990s. Not sure I'd recommend staying for his set - there was usually some awful shite hammering out of his bedroom, and he was always banging on about the Latest Great Thing that he'd usually just read about in Melody Maker. He did put me on to Bill Pritchard, though. Is he still as slow to get his round in?

I've only met Julian once via a shadowy network of music journalists that I'm a member of and I was so drunk I remember little about the experience but I've thrown a bit of work his way. And it will only serve to make my set look impervious even if you're right.
