This so called parody account frequently punches down and has elements of racism. It's got nearly 43k followers and many are in education. That's really worrying.

Yes that I thought was the satire. It felt like it was taking the piss out of school heads etc (or academy chains) that actually do things like this.

That's not about bame students though is ir? It's 'chav' bants. I'd focus my ire primarily on that in this instance. If as you suggest, it's just one instance of a pattern of punching down, there'll be direct evidence of anti bame prejudice
