So, I've sent a parcel of very important documents to Bucharest through this mob and they're already 36 hours late. And now I'm on hold while I try to ask wtf is going on and I've got this ansaphone message reassuring me that they "go the extra mile". Stupid cunts. I want them to go the number of miles I specify and no further. Delivering my parcel a mile down the road is no fucking good at all.
