Lyra - The EDT

Reed - French tables are different to the tables you'll be used to. Rather than playing with a hard ball on a highly polished glass surface, the French play on a wood surface with cork balls. The game runs slower, and there is more control over the ball.

I can see the point of the trapping rule, but it would kill my playing style. I score about a third of my goals with the goalie using a free rolling ball. That said, most of my attacking goals are trapped.
