"I've wanted to confront you for 20 years"
I love the way that kenny's courtcase lends instant credibility to any lunatic ranting about anything.
"I think that we should use old people as winter fuel, and what about the price of blank dvd's. It's disgraceful........I think that we should give northern Ireland back to the germans........ and pat I've always wanted to say that you're a bollix, and who are you to say anything, sure didn't you try and steal your neighbours garden.....(drowned out by Cheers from audience)

Until very recently, Pat Kenny was getting about €950,000 a year from RTE, and is their top earner.
There is massive public anger in this country about RTE's huge salaries in general, though Gerry Ryan's €600,000 a year (he is 2nd on the top ten list) has provoked more outrage than Kenny's €900k, because Ryan is a repulsive talentless slug whereas Kenny is just a wooden old fogey.
The bit about "stealing a field from a woman" is a reference to this court case.
It seems that the heckler has no regrets.

A guest spot by sitcom star Jerry Seinfeld, on the show to plug his new film Bee Movie, got off to a bad start when Pat got his name wrong, announcing: “Will you please welcome Jerry Seinfield.”
