Very interesting and depressing stuff from NPR about Conde Nast not distributing in Russia an issue of GQ with a story exploring the theory that the FSB was behind at least some of the Moscow bombings that led to the second Chechen war and ensured Putin's election as president. I've written about this idea in the past - the Observer had an article on the purported "FSB training exercise" where live explosives placed by the FSB were found in a block of flats. Conde Nast has apparently told GQ not to publish the issue in Russia, put the story on their website or publicise the story in any way.
