Your City Evacuation Plans?

Any of you had expensive booklets from your councils detailing City Centre Evacuation Plans in case of a terrorist attack or major incident?
Just got an expensive full colour book through my door... totally fucking useless(all it tells me is which section I'm in, not what to do?), full of pointless full page colour photos of our city centre sights.....I'm livid
The only effect it will have is to scare the living daylights of old age pensioners who will now be thinking we're about to be a terrorist target.
What a waste of fucking money
I'm in Newcastle but I believe they're putting these things out all over the country :-(

I thought the thread title said YORK City Evacuation Plan, I thought they'd found a suspect package at Kit-kat Crescent, or whatever confectionary they've chosen to name it after this year.
