Warks look doomed - Hants just need to take four more wickets to seal that one,
Somerset - Surrey will probably fall victim to the weather.
Kent are not going to make the nearly 300 more runs they need, so it's a case of whether or not Yorks will take the other six wickets.
Middlesex need seven more wickets to beat Leicestershire, who have to score another 200 if they are to win.
Glamorgan are ahead of Gloucestershire by 237 with three wickets remaining (an injured player means it's effectively two) so we may see some kind of finale later when Gloucs are put in.
Notts already up against it, and not yet May Bank Holiday
I was going to say that Warwickshire might give them a run for their money at the bottom of the table but they've got Somerset pegged back to 61/4 in Taunton this morning .
Meanwhile Notts haven't made any inroads at Hampshire, who are 52 without loss.
Surrey are toiling a bit, too, 49/3 away to Kent.
In Div.2 Durham are 24/4 against Gloucs, Worcestershire are 21/5 away to Lancashire in that top of the table match, and Sussex are 34/3 at Northants. Wickets tumbling almost everywhere this morning.
There's one other Div.2 match as Derbyshire v Glamorgan started yesterday - the home side are 304/7.
One reason why Warks are going to be battling to avoid relegation this season - nearly a quarter of the runs scored by Somerset here are extras (22nb 0w 16b 9lb = 47 out of 205). Eighth wicket just gone though.
Terrific fight-back by Surrey against Kent at Beckenham, going from 65-5 to 350-7 mainly due to Borthwick and Jacks, the latter with his maiden first class ton.
