          It is a little-known fact that it was founded by a Hobo called Ken. He may or may not have been from the Midlands. Reports are sketchy and drug-addled.

            I probably mentioned this on Old OTF, but my favourite Doubleday myth-buster was the fact that "base ball" is mentioned in the opening chapter of Northanger Abbey.
