The Mitchell Brothers - The Ashes 2015

One would think so, especially with the Premier League on hiatus.

Surrey would look a lot better in brown than this all black with aqua highlights.

Anyone got any sort of idea why Andrew Strauss has felt the need to mention KP again?

In the 4th one-day international, Australia lost, despite the efforts of Glenn Maxwell who did

        this

which people are already calling "the catch of the century".

It gets better the more you watch it.

His Morgan catch was something special too. I heard it on the radio, they thought it had gone past him. Having seen it now, I can understand why.

Oh yeah, that was something special as well. Would have been catch of the series, had he not done, well, that we're discussing above.

Flying, one-handed, diving catch at cover. Boom.

Another very one-sided game today, following the pattern of the Tests and one-dayers, whereby the result is a foregone conclusion after less than a fifth of the scheduled overs.

                Frank Tyson RIP.

He played 17 Tests. Craig White and Derek Pringle each played 30.

A team of Poms who went to live (and die) with the enemy would be useful: Tyson, Larwood, Tony Greig ... er, Mark Nicholas?

                  Tony Greig wasn't a pom.

And Derek Pringle entered the world in Nairobi.
Craig White was born in Morley, though.
