After the All-Ireland final just before Christmas, it was expected that the Leagues would commence at the end of February, but with the GAA stripped of "elite sport" status by the Irish government, the beginning of May would appear the earliest start date. Still, the All-Stars were announced this week with Limerick and Dublin rewarded with nine gongs each in hurling and football respectively:
