Ronnie O'Sullivan winning a sixth world title. Finals in the English and European Rugby that were memorable as tight games if not classics. Some extraordinary games to finish off the UEFA Champions League and some even more extraordinary games to start the most open Premier League season in decades. Lakers and Dodgers ending long trophy droughts.
No fans of course but some of those stories would have made 2020 pretty vintage otherwise, wouldn't they?
