Can I predict now that Ireland won't get much more than 100 in reply? Quote me on this later; I'm sure I can take it.

Lifted from the Cricinfo commentary, that was the shortest complete innings in terms of balls faced (and comfortably so) that England have ever had in a home test match.

Is this an all time low for English cricket? It's got to be close.

Is there much of an overlap between this team, and the world cup team, because that would explain a lot i.e. are these players still drunk?

Ireland 33/1. They are doing OK so far. That is a proper test cricket score.

England were 33-1 at one point this morning.

45/2. Will there be a wobble?

England were seven down at this point.

Some correlation there, though the "didn't play" figures are still pretty dreadful.

I would say that has gone into the top 10 worst batting performance in England test history.

I think Ireland need 250 plus to be favourites though.

15 wickets fallen already today, and England could be batting again by the end of the day, given how long it goes on.

So, England to get Ireland out with the last ball of the day, giving them a lead of about 100. Then Ireland repeat this morning tomorrow morning and win by an innings by lunchtime...

it's 5:30, and there are 30 overs remaining to be bowled in the day. 30! Bloody hell.

Up to five, though that is very unlikely now

I think this one is for 4.

If it gets to a third I'll be surprised
